We are proud to announce "Fitness for Life (FFL) with Oxygen Acres" program.

FFL is an holistic approach to achieve and maintain fitness. It concentrates on creating natural balance of body, mind and soul.

Diet: Consists of cutting down 100 gms of carbohydrate (rice/roti/chapati) from your total food intake and supplementing it by consuming 100 gms of Protein Cake Panyr (100% fat free) per day, equally divided into three meals along with your regular meals. This diet is followed six days a week.

Exercise: At least 40 minutes of regular exercise such as brisk walking or jogging or yoga based on your preference.

Mind: Simple meditation and breathing exercises for about 20 minutes a day.
